Step 1 – The Consultation:

Embark on your journey with us by initiating contact through our Inquiry page. Within 48 hours, we respond, providing an availability check along with a questionnaire to kickstart the consultation process. This initial phone meeting is an opportunity for us to delve into your plans, understand your vision, and address any questions you may have. If certain details are yet to be decided, fret not – this is the perfect time for us to explore ideas together.

Step 2 – Design Proposal:

Following the consultation, we immerse ourselves in a creative exploration to meticulously craft a personalized proposal. This comprehensive proposal reveals the intricate floral and design elements for your event, including detailed descriptions, quantities, prices, and inspiring images. Gain valuable insights into the selection of flowers, greenery, and accents that will shape the floral decor for your event.

Step 3 – The Contract:

Once you feel comfortable with the proposal, we present a formal contract for both parties to sign. A 15% deposit secures your chosen date, with the flexibility of a full refund if the wedding is postponed and we're unavailable for the new date. The remaining 85% is due four weeks before the event, enabling us to proceed with ordering flowers. Flexibility is at the core of our service, welcoming changes to the design until five weeks before the wedding.

Step 4 – Delivery & Setup:

As outlined in the agreed contract, we handle the delivery and setup of the floral arrangements on the specified date and time.
